Organisations

Your people are performing. For safety.

Not doing bad work. But their focus is on this:

Managing how they come across. Saying the safe thing. Holding back what they actually think.

It's what most of us were trained to do. It's also what stops a room being honest, or creative, or alive. True collaboration and synergy are absent.

Jo works with that.

I've spent my career building creative teams and helping shape some of the world's biggest brands. In our industry, creativity is everything and I haven't come across anyone who approaches it quite the way Jo does.

She helps uncover the hidden blocks that prevent you from trusting your creative instincts, collaborating openly and doing your best work. What she does is reconnect people with the human source of creative excellence.

I left feeling very clear, present and with a renewed vision for leading. I'd recommend her to any creative leader or organization that wants to bring out the very best in themselves and their teams.

What this looks like

Speaking

Jo talks about what conditioning does to people at work, especially in the creative sector.

Not a lecture. People feel something shift within and they experience what's possible.

In person: 30 minutes to an hour.
Online: up to two hours.

A reset for your team

Three to five days. Up to twenty people. All of it experience — nothing is explained at you.

The team feels the conditioning first. Sees it. Then practices togetherness.

Teams come in sluggish and guarded. They leave connected to themselves and to each other. It stops feeling like work. It feels like play, and people want to help each other.

Creativity follows from that. So does inevitable, sustainable productivity.

Integration

Short resets open something. Working and creating from flow takes more practice.

We usually recommend following a session with a month of sustained practice online, so what the team found doesn't fade when they get back to their desks.

Who it's for

Creative leaders. Teams. Anyone whose job asks them to be a person in front of other people.

Jo has worked with Media Arts Lab, the European Commission, Cisco, Siemens, Symantec, and others.

An audience watching intently, and Jo standing before a screen addressing a room
Jo brings a rare combination of strategic thinking, empathy, and a deep understanding of people. Her guidance on the real-world business challenges we were facing helped me clarify my ideas, identify priorities, and move forward with greater confidence. She quickly gets to the heart of a challenge, asks thoughtful questions, and turns complex ideas into clear, actionable next steps. Jo would be a valuable partner to any leader or team navigating growth and change.

You don't come out of a coaching session with Jo the same person you were going in. She has an incredible ability to bring out the very best in you, pushing you beyond your limits and outside your comfort zone. Over the course of our sessions, I discovered strengths I never knew I had, and she gave me tools that I use every day, not just in my professional life, but in my personal life as well.
